Mail club subscription

1. When will I receive my mail?
All orders are shipped once per month, on the 1st week of the month. Delivery takes around 7-21 working days.

2. What is the cut-off date?
Join before the 25th to receive that month’s mail. Orders after this will roll over to the next month.
Example:
Join before 25th May → receive June mail club 
Join after 25th May → receive July mail club

3. When will I be charged?
You are charged immediately upon sign-up, and then monthly on the same date.

4. Can I skip a month?
Yes! You can skip your next shipment anytime through your account before the monthly billing date.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If you don't see your country at the check out, reach out to sprinklepapaerstudio@gmail.com.

6. What if my subscription mail doesn’t arrive?
Our subscription orders are shipped via standard untracked mail. While most deliveries arrive safely, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services or customs.

If your subscription has not arrived within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll arrange a one-time replacement shipment for you.

As these shipments are untracked, we’re unable to guarantee delivery, but we’ll always do our best to ensure you receive your items!

7. I entered the wrong address
Please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

8. What if the payment failed?
If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll automatically retry up to 5 times over the next few days.
If payment is still not completed, your subscription will be paused, and you’ll receive a notification to update your payment details.

9. Can I buy past months mail club?
Archive mails will be available on the shop website if there are available stocks !

10. Do you accept returns?
No :( All sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Shipping

1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Singapore.

2. Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide except for US at this moment. If you don't see your contry at the check out, please reach out to us!

Sprinkle mail club is available for US customers as well!

3. How long does shipping take?
Mostly 3-21 working days.

4. Do you provide tracking?
★ Sprinkle mail club subscription is untracked for all countries.
All shipping is tracked airmail via Singpost for international orders. *Tracked ground mail for local Singapore orders.

5. Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Delays can happen due to postal services, customs processing, or peak periods. These are outside of our control :(

6. Will I need to pay GST, VAT, or customs fees?
We ship from Singapore, and most small orders typically arrive without additional charges.

However, depending on your country, customs authorities may apply taxes or handling fees upon delivery. These charges (if any) are determined by your local authorities and are not collected by us.

Orders and Delivery

1. What is the order processing time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If we are on vacation & processing/shipping will be delayed, we will announce on the website!

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
We may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. If a cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be issued minus any applicable payment processing and/or shipping fees.

3. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

As we offer standard untracked shipping by default, delivery cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been dispatched. For customers who prefer additional security and peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.

Returns & refunds

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping costs, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

2. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, and we’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
We welcome wholesale and bulk order inquiries! Please contact us at sprinklepaperstudio@gmail.com with information about your business, order quantity, and the products you’re interested in.
