Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Sprinkle Paper Studio.
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages and issues
if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sprinklepaperstudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll do our best to make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged- change of mind, sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping and Lost mails
We ship using standard untracked mail unless a tracked option is selected at checkout.
While most orders arrive safely, untracked shipping does not include tracking or insurance, and we are unable to guarantee delivery once the parcel has been dispatched. By selecting untracked shipping, you acknowledge and accept the risk of loss during transit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
